Preventing Provider Burnout

Provider exhaustion and burnout are one of the most pressing threats to healthcare today. Providers are navigating long hours, digital charting demands, and mounting patient loads. Nina equips organizations with strategies that protect mental health, sustain purpose, and reduce stress before it leads to turnover or errors in care. Her approach helps leaders create environments where providers can thrive, not just endure.

Enhancing Mental Health for Teams

Digital fatigue and technostress are eroding the wellbeing of healthcare staff. From endless EHR updates to constant pings, the digital layer of healthcare can overwhelm even the most resilient teams. Nina brings practical, research-based strategies that help staff manage overwhelm, recover energy, and maintain clarity, so they can bring their best selves to patient care and teamwork.

Balancing Telehealth and In-Person Care

Hybrid models of care demand careful alignment with human needs. The expansion of telehealth brings new opportunities but also challenges in preserving patient trust, continuity, and outcomes. Nina guides leaders in designing systems that balance virtual and in-person care, ensuring technology enhances rather than fragments the patient experience.

Strengthening Patient Experience

Human connection must remain at the center of care, even as delivery evolves. Whether online or face to face, patients seek empathy, clarity, and trust from their providers. Nina helps organizations foster digital empathy, improve communication, and build systems where technology supports—not replaces—the human bond that drives healing.

Humanizing Digital Transformation

Technology in healthcare should deepen care, not distance it. As new platforms and innovations flood the field, the risk of depersonalized, transactional care grows. Nina ensures digital transformation strategies are grounded in compassion, sustainability, and the human experience of care. This perspective helps leaders future-proof systems while keeping patients and providers at the heart.

Hi, I’m Nina

As a child who stuttered, I learned resilience early. That path led me to appear in Bill Withers’ documentary on stuttering, and it sparked a lifelong passion for supporting how people connect and thrive at work, at home, and in leadership.

Since then, I’ve co-founded Global Digital Wellness Day, reaching over 17 million people in 64 countries, co-created the validated Digital Flourishing® framework, and authored a bestselling book on thriving in the remote work era.

This work has been featured by the United States Surgeon General, the creators of the Emmy award-winning film The Social Dilemma, and countless Fortune 500 companies.

These accomplishments are not accidents. They reflect a truth I’ve carried from the beginning: connection is the heart of resilience.

Today, I bring that belief to organizations worldwide, helping leaders and teams strengthen focus, retention, and well-being in an always-on culture.
