Preventing Burnout and Boosting Engagement

In a world of constant demands, sustaining energy and purpose is more critical than ever. Organizations today face rising burnout rates that erode productivity and retention. Nina equips leaders with proven strategies to safeguard mental health, re-ignite team motivation, and cultivate cultures where connection fuels high performance. The result is not just reduced turnover, but workforces that thrive with resilience and engagement.

Navigating Digital Transformation

As workplaces adopt new technologies, the human side of change often lags behind. Digital tools can drive efficiency but also overwhelm employees when not integrated thoughtfully. Nina helps leaders align technology adoption with human needs, reducing technostress while ensuring digital transformation enhances rather than drains workplace culture. Her approach empowers organizations to stay innovative without sacrificing wellbeing.

Creating Cultures of Resilience

In times of disruption, organizations succeed when people feel safe, agile, and supported. Resilient cultures go beyond policies — they embed psychological safety, adaptability, and shared purpose into the fabric of the workplace. Nina works with HR leaders to design environments where teams can navigate uncertainty, recover from setbacks, and grow stronger together. This shift builds long-term organizational health alongside immediate results.

The Future of Hybrid & Remote Work

The future of work is flexible, but connection must not be lost. Hybrid and remote models can boost productivity, yet they risk fragmentation if not guided by intentional practices. Nina supports HR in shaping strategies that strengthen collaboration, preserve human connection, and balance performance with wellbeing. These practices future-proof organizations for evolving workforce expectations while keeping people at the center.

Building Positive Digital Culture

Strengthen empathy, communication, and trust in digitally driven workplaces.

Hi, I’m Nina

As a child who stuttered, I learned resilience early. That path led me to appear in Bill Withers’ documentary on stuttering, and it sparked a lifelong passion for supporting how people connect and thrive at work, at home, and in leadership.

Since then, I’ve co-founded Global Digital Wellness Day, reaching over 17 million people in 64 countries, co-created the validated Digital Flourishing® framework, and authored a bestselling book on thriving in the remote work era.

This work has been featured by the United States Surgeon General, the creators of the Emmy award-winning film The Social Dilemma, and countless Fortune 500 companies.

These accomplishments are not accidents. They reflect a truth I’ve carried from the beginning: connection is the heart of resilience.

Today, I bring that belief to organizations worldwide, helping leaders and teams strengthen focus, retention, and well-being in an always-on culture.
